Dr.Banana Malik?

A few days back I heard about the interior minister of Pakistan getting a Doctorate (PhD) for "Surgical Operations Against Terrorism",I was really amazed about the fact that a person like him gets a degree for that kind of work.Considering the efforts against terrorism in Pakistan,Its my Personal thought that if the "efforts" of our interior ministers are Appreciated and for them he gets a Doctorate in Philosophy then same should be the case for every personnel of our Military should get a Doctorate too for the same subject as the Interior Minister,Especially the 'Jawans' who fight on the front lines and the Soldiers/Officers who Sacrificed their Today for our Tomorrow. If that's the case Mr.Rehman Malik got the degree for then should every person who makes efforts to Promote Peace in Pakistan or Anywhere,In fact there should be a whole subject on Peace, say we call it "Peace-ology" and for that a "PhD" should be awarded to everyone,In fact I'm not kidding if Rehman Malik can get it,why not others?

Its an embarrassment for me that the efforts of our soldiers and officers of the Pakistan Army are being Suppressed by crediting The Interior Minister who doesn't even know how to recite "Surah Ikhlaas",I'm not criticizing him for that but if its not the right thing to do Accrediting him for all those efforts instead of the Deserving one that is the Pakistan Military and the Para-Military Forces. If things like these happen more often then i think we really are losing our standards especially our Educational Institutions. We should Appreciate the real heroes of the "War Against Terrorism",The One's who laid their lives for our safety,The one's who stand in every weather guarding the borders from the Land,Sea and the Sky above.May ALLAH bless the people of Pakistan and may we all live in harmony and peace,Ameen.Pak fouj Zindabad,Pakistan Paindabad !

PAF - A Symbol of Pride for the nation

Since my childhood watching Fighter Jets and Planes take off,Land or Cruise in the skies has been quite of a passion.Whenever i heard the thrust of that jet i would immediately rush to the terrace and glance a it passed away,As I grew up this passion became stronger and I always dreamed about me flying a plane or something one day like any other kid,But as time passed away I got involved with more and more things and this Passion faded away discreetly.Although my memories were replenished as I visited some Air forces bases which was quite an interesting experience of my life,Base Masroor and Sargodha turned out to be an overwhelmingly fantastic experience,Watching those Mirage's and Falcon Fighter's taxi on the runway and take off,Gah that sight was awesome and cannot be explained with mere words.

The Pakistan Air Force has been a symbol and pride for the nation,Even though I'm not a part of it i still am proud of the services it has provided to the nation in times of peace and war.The Outstanding performance's of the PAF pilots is unforgettable and has no match,Squadron Leader M.M Alam still has his unbeaten record of shooting down 5 Indian Plane's within 30 seconds and indeed the PAF motto of "Quality not Quantity" makes great sense here,There are several heroic tales of the Pilots of Pakistan Air Force which cannot be mentioned in a single article,And Indeed the Pakistan Air Force with all its outstanding services is "Second To None".Joining this elegant elite force is the Dream of many yet only a few lucky one's are able to get selected,Yet the one's who do undergo a lot of strenuous and tough exercises to make them what we call a "Gentlemen Cadet" and are only then induced as a part of the Pakistan Air Force :)..Regards Faris Khan.

Floods - The Cause and the Solution

In These times of Floods occurring in most parts of the country and the victim's being left without any aid in the worst conditions one could live in.Viewing the conditions of the "Flood Relief Camps" brought tears to my eyes of what's happening in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.Lack of food and adequate Shelter,Cries of Children and infants out of hunger and pain,Lack of medical facilities and so on There's a famous saying "Don't cry over spilled milk",I quite agree with it but i think in situations like these we have got to analyze the root cause of what really caused this Devastating condition?

We all know about the credibility of our leaders and those in the Legislative. The Supreme court is no more than just a speck of dust crying for justice as all its order are always being rejected by the government.Moving on what i have listed out as the root cause is the lack of planning and the lack of Reservoirs. What our people fail to understand is that unless we build dams and artificial canals its quite impossible to avoid such disastrous conditions,The opposition of the construction of Kalabagh Dam was quite disappointing. If that project would have been completed today we surely would have avoided the Catastrophe that has been around for the past one year.

So instead of now getting into argument's I'll be glad to provide my opinion on what to do now,The Construction of dams is surely the most important step in this but other than that improving the structure of our drainage systems is quite important too,The rain water that stands on our roads and in our homes is mainly because of poor drainage systems that fail to perform,we all know what's the aftermath of that.I think canals should also be constructed around the cities that are connected to the drainage network in the cities and rural areas and for that a lot of budget is required which is quite impossible thanks to a bunch of Money loving lunatics in our government,For right now every can post their ideas but lets all get united and help those who require our aid.Lets collect donations and do everything in our own power to help our fellow citizens out in these severe times of calamity. With best wishes and hope for our country and its people i pray for everyone that May ALLAH give us the strength and the spirit to help save our nation from diving and I also pray for the prosperity and well being of Pakistan and its people,Ameen.God Bless the efforts of those who are doing whatever they can and give us the potential to do the same.Pakistan Zindabad!!!!

P.S People,Donate Generously :).

The Joys of Ramadan

Its quite an exciting month for the muslims as its about observing patience and realizing one's spirituality,Its the month of joy and happiness as we all come together ditching our differences and celebrate this Glorious month.Fasting is nothing new to us as we all have been doing it since we were kids and especially one just can't ignore their "Rozah-Khushai" (First Fast). Its splendid to experience such unity and closeness with others especially while praying the taraweeh prayers.

In the Indian subcontinent Ramadan is celebrated in the most splendid manner possible,In Pakistan where Markets are flooded with people at night on the start of this month and the whole thing brings quite a marvelous experience.Although personally i think that the way ramadan is celebrated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) brings more spirituality to it but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy it in Pakistan. Its great to be with my family and relatives in such a time and I'm looking forward to celebrate "Eid ul Fitr" here.In the end whatever region you live in Ramdan is the month we all look forward to.Wishing everyone Ramadan Mubarak.May ALLAH guide us all and give us the will to do what's right and refrain from what's wrong,Ameen.
